In the 3rd quarter of this year, APAC prime office rents fell just 0.1% quarter-on-quarter, suggesting a potential bottoming out of the market. In addition, despite the delivery of over one million sqm of new supply, regionwide vacancies have finally seen a small quarterly drop after a two-year rally which saw APAC office vacancies reach historic heights.
